Terms and Conditions for Students/Parents

For students/parents:

You have the right to withdraw from any tuition slots by sending an email to [email protected] within 14 days of submitting an online or manual application form, without providing a reason. Notifications through text, WhatsApp, Facebook, or phone calls will not be considered withdrawals.
Cancellation or rescheduling of booked slots must be done at least 48 hours before the lesson's date by emailing [email protected]. Otherwise, the session will be moved to a mutually convenient time within the same or following week. Medical certificates are required for sickness-related cancellations. Unattended sessions will be invoiced.

Termination of full sessions requires a 3-week advance notice by emailing [email protected]. Payment for lessons within the notice period is mandatory. Additional fees apply for late payments.

In the case of online tuition, communication with tutors will be through Skype.

In the case of in-person tuition, queries and materials can be sent to [email protected] or via WhatsApp.

Group sessions may be rescheduled if a student is unavailable. If sessions are not attended, the full payment will still apply.

Changes from closed groups to one student will incur charges on a one-to-one basis.

If a tutor cannot continue, they will be replaced with the same terms in place.

Refunds requested due to cancellation or termination are subject to a 50% surcharge on the refunded amount or EUR 500, whichever is lower. Online services will be provided if in-person interaction is prohibited. Failure to pay for future lessons results in no lesson provided.

Please ensure payment is made at least 24 hours before the session begins. No lesson confirmation will be granted without payment.
